What is Frequency Energy Healing

Everything in the Universe is interconnected. Frequencies make up everything you can see around you, and all that you cannot. These frequencies are based on blocks of code; similar to the code you may be familiar with in use with computer programs.

But what if some of these codes are corrupt or distorted? You may experience:

Unexplained fatigue or sleep disturbances
Body aches, tension, or gut imbalances
Mood swings, brain fog, increased anxiety or stress
Mental fog
Falling into old habits and patterns
Feeling disconnected, blocked, uncentered or ungrounded

How a session works to clear blockages

If you are having a health concern, the first step involves an energy/frequency scan of your whole being so together we can assess areas of greatest need. During that session, we will also start facilitating clearing and restoring movement in various systems and develop an action plan. Often multiple sessions over time are best and a lot can be accomplished in a 30 minute session after the initial energy/frequency scan.

Systems We Might Work with During a Session

Magnetics - The Hara and the 3 Tan Tiens

These energetic centers key off the Earth's magnetics and control your ability to ground and move magnetic life force through your body. These are the foundational centers that relate to your Soul or Spirit being connected to your body, connected to Source and your Higher Self. The Hara system exists on a different dimension than the chakras and meridians.

Electrics - The Meridians and Chakra Centers

These energetic pathways and centers key off electrical conductivity and control the function and movement of nutrients, cellular energy and frequencies throughout your body. These pathways and centers extend influence into the bio-field surrounding your physical body; which consist of the mental, emotional and spiritual energy layers surrounding the physical body.

Spiritual - Bio-field of Light and Your Base Frequency

The bio-field carries within it the record of your Soul's experiences and potentials. It gives information about what unhelpful patterns and unresolved experiences are interfering with your Soul's expression. For instance, you may notice unhelpful patterns such as negative self-talk, fear, repeatedly choosing the " wrong" partners, feeling lost about your purpose, etc. You can shift your base frequency higher and create movement and change in those areas.

Shamanic - Interdimensional

Everything I do is informed by a deep connection to the Indigenous experience of Nature and the Cosmos. During a session we may encounter some of your Guides and Animal Guardians who may have a message for you. Sometimes it will be revealed that a retrieval of your energy may be needed to restore wholeness to some aspect of your being. Many people already have a sense of this, that something is missing, and don't know what to do about it.

Intuitive - Interdimensional

Many people book a session to look ahead to the future and get assistance with clarity about decisions or actions they are considering taking. We start with an energy scan to see if your connection to Source is clear and restore that connection if it's not. That allows your intuition to be more accurate and makes it easier for your Soul or Spirit to help. Then we see what information is available about questions you may have.
